Nick has been building for nearly 16 years. Starting out as a qualified carpenter he loved working with raw materials on out-of-the ordinary projects. From there Nick progressed to applying his passion and commitment to building unique homes with a highly skilled team he trusts, values and respects.
Aj loves a challenge and approaches life with great enthusiasm and positivity. She is an accomplished qualified boilermaker and worked in the mining industry before focussing her skills and energies on building the NJC business.
Peter is a skilled carpenter with many years experience in the building industry, including as a kitchen/cabinetmaker and small business owner. Outside construction Peter has also worked as a mechanic and truck driver and enjoys fishing, playing golf, and travelling with his wife.
As a qualified, highly skilled carpenter Andy is an integral member of our NJC team, and brings considerable experience in detailed renovations and a love of working with timber. In addition to carpentry, Andy is also a qualified Chef and enjoys cooking, gardening and renovating his family home.
Damo can turn his hand to just about anything, with care and dedication given to each task. He has the rare capacity to blend practicality with creativity and there are no challenges that daunt him. He has a background in the mining industry and enjoys getting outdoors camping and fishing on days off. Damo loves that NJC gives him the chance to work with first class tradespeople.
Ollie approaches every day as a great opportunity to learn new skills and he thrives on the bespoke nature of building with NJC. When he’s not working Ollie likes to go fishing and 4×4 driving, discovering new destinations along the way.
Dani thrives on learning her trade from exceptional tradespeople while creating unique, out-of-the-ordinary buildings and she enjoys working in the positive, engaging work environment at NJC.
